Return shipping
All orders can be returned within 14 days. You can request a return shipment by e-mail. We will organise the collection and the return shipment. Please note that we only accept unused goods in their original packaging.
If you request a return, we will charge a flat rate of 25 euros for shipping within Germany. Returns from other EU countries as well as from non-EU countries will be handled separately.
